      <image:caption>Statewide Health Improvement &amp; Policy Initiative Overview MapNH Health was a statewide initiative designed to catalyze data-informed dialogue about the future of health in New Hampshire. Using a broad array of health indicators and projections, the project focused on a central question: What will health in New Hampshire look like in 2020 and 2030? My Role As Project Director, I led the initiative from concept through execution, overseeing: Strategic positioning and issue framing Branding, marketing, and public-facing communications Data acquisition, management, and synthesis Website development and copywriting Community engagement and stakeholder outreach Impact The project supported meaningful policy conversations among state leaders, health system stakeholders, and community partners by translating complex data into accessible, credible insights that informed planning and decision-making.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>Multi-Stakeholder Health Policy &amp; Employer Collaborative Overview The New Hampshire Purchasers Group on Health is comprised of the state’s three largest public health care purchasers, collectively representing more than 70,000 covered lives and over $750 million in annual health care expenditures. My Role From 2012 to 2016, I managed the group’s operations and policy initiatives, including: Facilitating health policy projects and collaborative planning efforts Managing data reporting and public-facing communications Maintaining ongoing correspondence with the state’s federal delegation Aligning New Hampshire initiatives with related efforts across northern New England Impact The group’s work advanced employer-driven dialogue around health care cost, access, and reform, strengthening coordination among policymakers, purchasers, and regional partners.</image:caption>
