MapNH Health

Statewide Health Improvement & Policy Initiative

Overview
MapNH Health was a statewide initiative designed to catalyze data-informed dialogue about the future of health in New Hampshire. Using a broad array of health indicators and projections, the project focused on a central question: What will health in New Hampshire look like in 2020 and 2030?

My Role
As Project Director, I led the initiative from concept through execution, overseeing:

  • Strategic positioning and issue framing

  • Branding, marketing, and public-facing communications

  • Data acquisition, management, and synthesis

  • Website development and copywriting

  • Community engagement and stakeholder outreach

Impact
The project supported meaningful policy conversations among state leaders, health system stakeholders, and community partners by translating complex data into accessible, credible insights that informed planning and decision-making.
